About
My name is Barbara.
For the past 20 years I have partnered with executives and managers on strategic visioning, cultural alignment, communication, and the integration of sustainability, the social, environmental, financial, and well-being bottom lines of a company. My earlier careers in journalism and nursing, along with training and certifications in visioning, sustainability, corporate culture, corporate reporting, metrics, and executive coaching, led me to a place where I can combine those skills in a coaching platform.
In today's uncertain environment, I work closely with executives to create resilient, sustainable, and innovative companies of the future. We are moving into a refined paradigm of business: new rules, new ways of operating and working, new avenues to profit, and a culture aligned by an engaged, dedicated workforce. I see us moving into newly defined roles that integrate body, mind, and spirit. Together we can build businesses that have a heart, are economically viable, and leave a lasting legacy.
